The program promotes breast cancer awareness and preventive care, with chances to win

BENTON, Ark. (Sept. 24, 2026) – Saline Memorial Hospital is partnering with 14 businesses across Saline, Hot Spring and Grant counties this October for Pink Partners, a community initiative designed to raise awareness of breast cancer and encourage women to prioritize preventive care and early detection.

Throughout the month, each Pink Partner will highlight an item, service or category of items, such as jewelry or T-shirts. When participants purchase a qualifying item, they receive a sticker for their Pink Partners passports. Each sticker counts as one entry into a drawing for a spa package at Tranquility Spa in Benton.

Participants can earn additional stickers through preventive women's health care. A well-woman visit earns five stickers, while a mammogram earns seven stickers. Each sticker represents another entry in the drawing, giving participants more chances to win as they collect stickers throughout the month.

“Pink Partners gives us a way to bring an important health message into the communities we serve while working alongside local businesses,” said Char Boulch, CEO of Saline Memorial Hospital. “We’re grateful to the businesses that are helping us encourage conversations about breast health and preventive care and making it easier for people to engage with those messages throughout October.”

The prize is a four-person spa package for guests age 21 and older at Tranquility Spa, valued at $550. The four-hour experience includes a body exfoliation scrub or detox mud wrap, Swedish massage, European facial and social time with hors d'oeuvres, cheese, crackers, fruit, wine and a non-alcoholic beverage.

Passports are available at participating businesses, Saline Women’s Clinic and Saline Memorial Hospital throughout October. The complete rules, including how to obtain a free entry or receive passport stickers for health screenings received at other facilities, are available at SalineMemorial.org/PinkPartner.

Hospital leaders say the prizes and community partnerships are designed to spark conversations about breast health, but the program's ultimate goal is to encourage women to prioritize screenings that can help detect breast cancer early, when treatment is often most effective.

“When we talk about breast health, we’re really talking about giving women the best chance at a healthy future,” said Dr. James Robb, an OB‑GYN at Saline Memorial Hospital. “Screenings are a simple step that can make a meaningful difference, and programs like this help remind us to make them a priority.”

Pink Partners include:
