Saline Health System names new CFO

BENTON, Ark. (Dec. 2, 2025) – On Dec. 1, Saline Health System welcomed Amy Rice as its new chief financial officer.
Rice has more than 20 years of healthcare financial executive leadership experience, including serving as chief financial officer for Northwest Medical Center - Bentonville and Siloam Springs Regional Hospital since 2021. Prior to that, she served as chief financial officer at Helena Regional Medical Center from 2005 to 2021, where she also served as CEO concurrently from 2018 to 2021.
“Amy brings a proven record of financial leadership and strategic thinking that will serve our hospital well,” said Char Boulch, CEO of Saline Health System. “Her experience in driving operational efficiency and supporting teams across clinical and financial areas makes her an exceptional addition to our leadership team.”
As chief financial officer at Northwest Health - Bentonville and Siloam Springs Regional Hospital, Rice played a pivotal role in expense reduction initiatives, producing $7.4 million in savings. She also led a comprehensive review of hospital billing practices that resulted in an additional $2.8 million in net revenue.
