It seems unlikely to
link getting a good night’s sleep as the foundation to overall
good health, but it’s true. We spend one-third of our lives
asleep, so it is vital to find out the nature of the sleep
problem and explore ways to deal with it.
The Saline Memorial Hospital Sleep Lab’s main function is to
help you better understand how sleep patterns are shaped and
how they affect our activities, functions and biological
processes.
The SMH Sleep Lab is an outpatient service accepting patients
over 14 years of age. Patients going through a sleep study at
SMH usually arrive around 7:30 pm and are released by 6:30 am
the next morning.
