Saturday February 23rd was a great morning to run in the 5th annual “The Beat Goes On” 5K Run/Walk. We had almost 800 people registered and over 500 came out to walk or run the day of. Because of your support and participation the Foundation was able to raise over $20,000 for the Cardiac Assistance Fund. The Foundation uses these funds to assist underprivileged cardiac patients with medication expenses as well as to help fund new heart and vascular technology. Congratulations to our overall male and female winners: Tyler Purtle and Candy Sample.
