Saline Memorial's dedication to your health doesn't end at the hospital or physician's office. There may be a time when your require care in the home.

The Home Health Department at Saline Memorial Hospital is responsible for providing skilled care in the home setting within a 50 mile radius of the hospital. Our Home Health population covers infants through geriatric patients. Experienced nursing care is provided seven days a week and consists of: Physical, Speech and Occupational therapies, Nursing, Social work and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA).
