Saline Memorial
Hospital offers coworker benefits based on the budgeted
hours authorized (FTE) for the coworker's position. Regular
active Full-time and Part-time (60 + authorized hours) are
eligible for all SMH benefits. Pool coworkers are not
eligible for benefits.

Hospital offers Health, Dental and Vision premiums.
Additionally, SMH provides Life Insurance coverage equal to
the coworker's annual salary, at no cost to the coworker.
Eligible coworkers may also elect to participate in
additional benefits.

Hospital has a 401(k) Retirement Plan available to ALL
coworkers. Coworkers are encouraged to participate through
payroll deductions. Additionally, SMH has a plan to match a
