Saline Memorial Hospital owns and operates MedTran Ambulance Service. MedTran is responsible for providing emergency medical response and pre-hospital care, as well as, medically necessary transfers of patients between facilities.

Med-Tran is managed by an experienced EMT-Paramedic Team and has shift supervisors on staff seven days-a-week, twenty-four hours a day. The service consists of 5 Advanced Life Support (ALS) ambulances and staffs three ambulances on a continual basis. Each ambulance is staffed with two crew members at all times consisting of at least one EMT-A and one EMT-Paramedic.
