Admissions

Hours Of Operation 6:00am to 5:00pm
 
As you enter the hospital, the Admissions Office is to the left of the front lobby. Please notify the Admissions Receptionist of your arrival to finalize the details of your stay, and receive any additional instructions. Your doctor will have made arrangements for your stay in advance, unless you are being admitted through the Emergency Room.

A patient service representative will assist you with the non-medical details of your stay, including questions about admissions, billing, and insurance forms. You can contact your patient service representative by calling (501) 776-6069.

When you are admitted, we will ask if you have completed an Advance Directive for your health care, such as a Living Will or a Durable Power of Attorney. We are required by law to ask this and to provide you with information regarding Advance Directives. Please be assured that the quality of your care will not be affected by whether or not you have an Advance Directive. If you have a Living Will, please bring a copy to the hospital. We can provide you with a Living Will form upon request.

Pre-admission
We invite you to visit the hospital for a pre-admission interview. Your doctor may arrange for tests, medications or other special treatment that you may need. Pre-admission is required if you are to have surgery, and enfromation concerning surgery pr-admission is provided below. This will save you time on the day of your procedure.

Valuables
We urge you to leave jewelry, cash, and credit cards at home. The hospital cannot be responsible for the loss of valuables left in a patient room. The hospital does have a safe available in case of an emergency. Please contact your nurse to request use of the safe.
